How to Set the Annealing Temperature

1. Ensure that the pressure has reached a vacuum level of ~1E-6 mbar.
The system will not heat up the sample holder at round ~1E-5 mbar.

2. Follow the below sequences to set up the targeted temperature. The recommended temperature range is 150 ^oC to 350 ^oC.
